A little bit about me...

Your LOCAL Hometown Realtor Hello. My name is Vicki Zercher. I was born and raised in Texas and have lived in Wood County for over 20 years. Working as an HR Manager for over 20 years I have learned a lot about people and how to treat them and owning a local Rodeo Drill Team for over 20 years which gave me an opportunity to travel from rodeo to rodeo and meet new people from all over the country. As a Christian, I have a servant’s heart and I long to help people and serve them in any way I can. This has brought me to where I am today… Married to a wonderful man and living in Winnsboro, TX. We have a horse ministry, where my husband trains horses, puts on clinics, teaches lessons and preaches when we are traveling to different locations. What a wonderful life. Horses are my passion and after a near death horse accident a few years ago, I retired from Drill Team and Rodeo and am now on a new adventure with Cross Country Competitive Riding. My love for horses and competitive riding also led me to charter a local chapter of 40 Something Cowgirls, an International Organization of like-minded ladies getting together to socialize and do what we love…horses. John Wayne said, “Courage is being scared to death but saddling up anyway.” I try to live by this motto and continue doing what I love even though at times, it can be pretty scary. But isn’t that true in everything we do? Real Estate has presented itself as the next step for me in my adventure of life. Being able to help someone to find their dream home or ranch is both a challenge and a thrill, as well as very satisfying. I strive everyday to learn more, to help others, and to be the best person that I can be. I am here to help you and I promise to always be honest and trustworthy. I am a hard worker and will continue to work hard for you so that you too can have your dreams come true.
